Khloe is the accomplished Managing Broker and Owner behind Land PRO Realty, bringing nearly a decade of Real Estate expertise to every client relationship. Drawing inspiration from her father’s extensive career in commercial and agricultural Real Estate development, she has built her reputation guiding clients through life’s most significant financial decisions. 

Her comprehensive expertise spans Residential & Recreational Land, Farms, First-time Homebuying, New Construction, Luxury Homes and Estates, and Commercial Real Estate. This versatility allows her to serve clients across diverse property needs with confidence and precision. 

Beginning her career with Keller Williams in 2016, Khloe quickly distinguished herself in residential Real Estate. As her family grew, so did her ambition—transitioning to an independent agency where she earned multiple “Listing and Sales Leader of the Month” awards before launching Land PRO Realty in 2023. 

Professionally, Khloe maintains active membership in the National Realtors Association, MIBOR, IRMLS, SEIBER, and SIRA.  Under her leadership, Land PRO Realty has become synonymous with extensive marketing, personalized service, and transaction expertise. 

Beyond her brokerage responsibilities, Khloe balances raising her three children with managing her nonprofit organization, Karsyn’s K9s, which funds service dogs for children in need. This blend of industry knowledge, entrepreneurial drive, and community commitment establishes her as a standout leader in the Real Estate Industry.
