Roger Curry brings exceptional legal expertise to Land PRO Realty, and Land PRO Farm Flex Capital with a foundation built on his 1973 Indiana University degree and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1976. His professional journey began with a distinguished legal practice from 1977 to 1991, where he specialized in construction, business law, and litigation. 

In 1991, Mr. Curry transitioned to Real Estate full-time, joining Presnell Companies as Executive Vice President. Working alongside K.L. Presnell, he helped build an impressive portfolio exceeding well over a million square feet of leased space with over a thousand tenants. His meticulous approach to due diligence and property acquisition proved instrumental in the company’s growth. 

Mr. Curry’s financial acumen shines in his handling of complex financing structures, particularly in Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and sophisticated lending arrangements. His unique combination of legal expertise and business savvy allows him to transform challenging transactions into successful ventures. 

With over four decades of experience, Mr. Curry specializes in developing strategic exit plans for Real Estate and business owners. He brings his analytical precision and legal background to all Presnell Companies affiliates, including but not limited to Farm FLEX Capital LLC, Land PRO Realty Inc., and Land PRO Realty & Auction, where he focuses on Real Estate contract law and complex transactions.
